The activities of the Order of the Temple are based on two poles: the East, where the knights defend the holy places and protect the pilgrims, and the West, where the friars make the agricultural estates prosper to finance the war.

The Knights Templar are present in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, England, Scotland, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Hungary as well as in Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Lebanon and Turkey.
