Chapel of the Knights Templar of Beaune

The Cloisters of New York, the Cloister Museum of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, brings together a collection of cloisters, architectural elements and medieval collections, mainly from France.

Among the elements conserved is the door of the chapel of the Temple de Beaune, dating from the 12th century, a chapel in which the last Grand Master, Jacques de Molay, was received into the Order in 1265.
