The Paisy-Cosdon lake, completely redeveloped in 2014, offers large green spaces ideal for relaxation. Come with your family for a stroll around the lake (accessible by stroller), an afternoon of swimming or for a picnic. Picnic stop, beach, children's games, fishing (piers accessible to people with reduced mobility)... Supervised swimming from July 9 to August 31 every day except Tuesday from 1:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., within the delimited perimeter (small pool for children and large pool delimited by buoys). The beach and the play/relaxation area are prohibited to dogs. GAMES Access to other games is free. A delimited play area is available to children under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or guardians. For the safety of children, it is requested to respect the age limits indicated by the pictograms affixed to the games. LEISURE Fires on the ground are prohibited. All collection of wood and branches is prohibited. Only barbecues using charcoal are permitted outside the beach and playground areas. It is strictly forbidden to deposit ashes in the grass or in the lake. Picnics are permitted on the lake site except in the beach, snack bar, and games areas. The island, which is a nesting site, is strictly prohibited to all persons. ANIMALS Access to the swimming, games, and snack areas is strictly prohibited for pets, even on a leash (sections from the site entrance to the edge of the playground and the end of the deep end). You must use the pedestrian access via the path that passes behind the snack bar and behind the games. Swimming is strictly prohibited for all pets on the entire site. Category 1 and 2 dogs are allowed on the rest of the site provided they are muzzled and kept on a leash by an adult, in accordance with Law No. 99-5 of January 6, 1999. Vehicle traffic: The games and beach area is strictly prohibited to all vehicles (except emergency and technical services). The fishing part of the lake is only accessible to vehicles of members of the Amicale Pêche with their card as well as members of the AAPMA. All these users must imperatively close the barrier after their passage. Traffic must take place at low speed. Traffic on bicycles, Segways or any other motorized or non-motorized vehicles is prohibited from May 1 to September 30. Many species are present in the body of water, including roach, tench, pikeperch, pike, perch, carp, black bass, bream and sturgeon... The Amicale Pêche de l'Étang de Paisy-Cosdon opens fishing between the second week of March and the second week of September, from March 9 to September 15, 2025 (first category fishing).
