Sophie, a cheesemaker specializing in the production of artisanal cheeses, makes and sells in our beautiful territory of Armance, a sought-after range of goat cheeses: crottin, shallot log, pyramids and tommes. With her 25 goats, Alpine and Saanen, which graze in the rich near the humid champagne, Sophie produces local and artisanal milk and white cheese. Prepare your baskets, the producers' basket!
