30 minutes from Troyes, at the gateway to the vineyards and the Yonne, welcome to our charming and welcoming detached house that can accommodate up to 5 people. Ideally located in the picturesque village of Chaource, in Champagne, you will find all the shops and amenities on site (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, etc.). Peace and quiet are a strong asset of this house, which is set back from the national road. Only 300 meters from the famous listed Saint-Jean-Baptiste church and the Othe Armance tourist office, this warm and welcoming cottage immerses you in an authentic and peaceful setting, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. "Couleurs Safran" reveals a neat decoration, in soft and spicy tones, combining modern comfort and touches of character. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a television and fireplace, and a toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs, you will enjoy a master suite (160x200 bed) with its private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), an office / teleworking space and a bedroom (140x190 bed + 90x190 bed) on the mezzanine with relaxation area, family bathroom (corner bath, double sink, toilet). Outside, you will be seduced by a pretty enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, relaxation lounge and herbs. Free parking a few meters away. To enhance your stay, beds will be made upon arrival, household linen provided (tea towels, tablecloth, hand towels). Heating and electricity included (within reasonable consumption, meter reading on arrival/departure). Wood on request with supplement (terms with the owners).
