Le point fort de la visite guidée sera le complexe monumental du temple de San Bevignate, témoignage exceptionnel de la présence de la milice du temple de Pérouse.

In the framework of the Festival del Medioevo – Festival of Middle Age – at Gubbio (Italy), Sonia Merli organize a one-day journey to discover the historical, artistic and architectural heritage of the region of Perugia. The highlight of the guided tour will be the monumental complex of the temple of San Bevignate, an exceptional testimony of the presence of the Perugian temple militia.

Du 23 au 27 septembre se tiendra à Gubbio la sixième édition du Festival du Moyen Âge sur le thème « La Méditerranée »« . L’événement unique en son genre sera rythmé de rencontres en entrée libre avec des historiens, des écrivains, des scientifiques, des philosophes et des journalistes pour raconter l’actualité de dix siècles d’histoire, de la chute de l’Empire romain d’Occident à la découverte de l’Amérique.
Un temps sera consacré au phénomène complexe que sont les Croisades (Franco Cardini), le sac de Constantinople en 1204 (Marina Montesano) et les voyages entre Chypre et l’Occident latin par Jacques de Molay, le dernier Grand Maître de l’Ordre du Temple (Sonia Merli).

From 23 to 27 September will be held in Gubbio the sixth edition of the Festival of the Middle Ages on the theme « The Mediterranean ». This unique event will be punctuated by free entrance meetings with historians, writers, scientists, philosophers and journalists to tell the news of ten centuries of history, from the fall of the Western Roman Empire to the discovery of America.
Part of the event will be devoted to the complex phenomenon of the Crusades (Franco Cardini), the sack of Constantinople in 1204 (Marina Montesano) and the journeys between Cyprus and the Latin West by Jacques de Molay, the last Grand Master of the Order of the Temple (Sonia Merli).
